Change is hard; no one wants to see their weaknesses. You want to feel strong and capable. On the other hand, if you are strong enough to see your weaknesses, you can fix them.

If you read part one of this series, The Charisma Factor, you know that charisma involves being comfortable inside of your personality in front of an audience.

It is not uncommon among people who are creative to find a stronger need for approval than among other people. After all, as creative souls, what they create is intended for the public eye or ear.

I'm sitting in rehearsal watching a band. The singer is great - she plays guitar and piano (and she plays them both well!) and sings like an angel. The band is kicking butt. Great arrangements and solid playing. Why aren't I jumping up and down? Something is seriously missing. It's FEELING.
